1. About Us
Mancom (Mancom Creatives) is a trusted business solutions and digital agency based in Nigeria. We empower entrepreneurs, startups, and organizations through four core service areas:

  • Business Services: CAC business registration, business compliance, business email setup, Google Business Profile verification, TIN/tax registration, and operational setup.
  • Design Services: Brand identity, professional logo design, graphics, UI/UX, and conversion-focused modern website design.
  • App Development: Secure, scalable web applications, mobile app development, web hosting, and domain management.
  • Digital Marketing: Search Engine Optimization (SEO), social media marketing, paid advertising, and content marketing strategies.

2. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging our services, making a payment, or utilizing our website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not engage our services.

3. Scope of Services
We provide professional solutions tailored to your agreed project scope and proposal. Services across our core offerings include:

  • Corporate incorporation and regulatory filings with authorities such as CAC.
  • Custom branding, graphic design, and UI/UX interface creation.
  • Website and web/mobile application development, hosting, and ongoing technical maintenance.
  • Digital marketing campaign design, optimization, and execution.
All deliverables are executed professionally based on timelines specified in your service agreement.

4. Client Responsibilities
To ensure seamless delivery, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate personal, business, and legal information (such as NIN, Director details, and official documentation required for CAC registration).
  • Supply required project assets (text, images, branding guidelines) in a timely manner.
  • Review project milestones and provide feedback promptly.
  • Warrant that all content, logos, and files provided to us are legally owned by you or appropriately licensed.
  • Adhere strictly to agreed payment terms and schedules.
Delays in submitting required assets or government verification documents may extend project delivery timelines.

5. Payments & Billing

  • All prices are quoted in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless specified otherwise and exclude applicable statutory taxes.
  • Accepted payment options include official bank transfers, Paystack, Flutterwave, and secure online portals.
  • Projects typically require full payment upfront for standardized business services (e.g., CAC registration), or a 60% deposit upfront with 40% due upon project completion for custom design and development projects.
  • Invoices must be settled within the timeframe stated on the invoice. Late payments may attract a monthly interest charge of 10%.
  • Payments are non-refundable once work or statutory filing has commenced.
  • We reserve the right to suspend active services, web hosting, or app deployment in the event of non-payment.

6. Revisions & Project Scope Changes
We include reasonable rounds of revisions within the defined project scope. Any modifications, additions, or feature requests outside the original agreement will be quoted separately as additional work and require client approval before execution.

7. Regulatory & Government Filings Disclaimer
For Business Services involving government agencies (such as the Corporate Affairs Commission - CAC or tax authorities), processing timelines are subject to third-party agency availability and verification processes. While Mancom ensures prompt submission and compliance, we are not liable for delays caused by government portal downtime, policy changes, or verification queries.

8. Domain, Hosting & App Maintenance

  • Domain registrations and SSL certificates require annual renewal fees.
  • Web hosting and server infrastructure maintenance are billed on an annual or recurring subscription basis.
  • Hosting and domain renewal rates may fluctuate based on global infrastructure costs or exchange rates.
Failure to renew hosting or domains before expiration may result in service downtime or data deletion by registry providers.

9. Digital Marketing & SEO Disclaimer
We implement proven industry best practices for Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and digital advertising campaigns to maximize reach and conversions. However, search engine algorithms and market conditions fluctuate; therefore, specific search rankings, lead volumes, or sales guaranteed targets cannot be guaranteed.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

  • You retain ownership of all pre-existing content, logos, and materials provided to Mancom.
  • Upon full payment settlement, ownership of final customized design deliverables, website code, and application files is transferred to you.
  • Mancom retains ownership of proprietary developer tools, reusable frameworks, and pre-existing code libraries utilized in building your solution.
  • Unless agreed otherwise in writing, we reserve the right to display completed projects, designs, and case studies in our portfolio and marketing materials.

11. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to treat all business strategies, client records, trade secrets, and proprietary technical information disclosed during the project as strictly confidential.

12. Limitation of Liability
Mancom provides all services using professional care and industry standards. However, Mancom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from service usage or third-party platform outages. Our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific service in question.

13. Termination
Either party may terminate an active service agreement upon written notice if the other party breaches material terms or fails to meet payment obligations. Upon termination, all completed work up to the date of termination will be billed, and prior deposits remain non-refundable.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising shall first be settled amicably through mutual consultation.

15. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time to reflect service additions or regulatory updates. Revised terms will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.
